“Every time I hear Mason Jennings’ album, it changes the way I see the world around me.” - Jack Johnson

And on Friday, November 21st, you’ll have the rare opportunity to hear what he’s talking about when Mason plays Key West in an intimate outdoor setting right here at COAST. Beyond bringing the community together for an evening of good times and great music, the concert will also raise funds for Reef Relief — our favorite local non-profit dedicated to education and activism to protect the fragile marine ecosystems in the waters surrounding our tiny island home.

The event is brought to the community with the help and sponsorship of our newest collaborative partner, The Marker Waterfront Resort — Key West’s newest resort, and the only new hotel addition to Old Town in 20 years!

This is bound to be one of those truly memorable evenings in Key West, so stay tuned and spread the word!

More about Mason…

Honolulu born singer/songwriter Mason Jennings is one of the best kept secrets in pop music. Over his 10-year career he has released an extensive and diverse collection of albums while his catchy melodies, intimate lyrics, literary and historical themes, and distinctive voice have created a rabid and loyal fan base. His records have sold over 250k copies in the US alone.

In his adopted home of Minneapolis, he draws large sold out crowds of fans. Outside of Minnesota he consistently sells out venues across the US including Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Austin, Seattle, DC, Chicago, Denver, Vancouver and more. He has been a festival favorite at Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits and Bonnaroo.

This ever evolving artist has developed many naturally fitting partnerships with brands such as Patagonia, Kashi, and Surfrider and accompanied Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard to southern Chile to write songs for Chris Malloy’s feature film 180 Degrees South.
