Artist Proof | Saint
This is an artist proof (test print) of the original work entitled "Saint Jimmy" which was featured as a limited series in the Spring 2024 "Living My Life Like A Song" exhibition at Jag Gallery. The show consisted of works created by Jimmy's circle of friends. This series of ten "Saint Jimmy" screenprints sold out completely and a couple my artist proofs are all that remain.
These proofs each have minor errors as they served as the first prototypes with the new screen and are used to fix errors.
In reality, they are the original prints of the original series, so they should be more valuable — but that's just not how art works. So grab one for less than what the "real" prints cost and have a good story to tell.
The print is 24"x18" (unframed) including the white border — signed and titled by Billy Kearins.
